Polder Fleet Manager
An end-to-end monitoring platform that turns signals from physical assets into usable status, alerts, and operational visibility. Our own working prototype has been tested with real equipment and has a mature fleet dashboard.

The situation
Distributed equipment is difficult to oversee when location, movement, battery status, and other relevant signals do not come together in one place. We set out to explore how a compact, low-power system could present those signals usefully.
What we built
Compact PolderNode devices collect relevant signals. Low-power LoRaWAN connectivity carries data to the backend. Fleet Manager processes events and presents status and alerts in a mature dashboard.
Infrastructure
PolderNode devices send measurements to the Fleet Manager platform over low-power LoRaWAN connectivity.
#infrastructureCommunication
The compact devices report location, movement, battery status, tampering, water detection, and other connected sensors.
#communicationData
Fleet Manager combines sensor data so assets can be followed from one operational overview.
#dataPlatform
The mature fleet dashboard gives companies a clear overview of their equipment and relevant alerts.
#platformOur role
PolderLabs designed and built the system across the device, connectivity, backend, and dashboard layers. This is our own product, not an external client project.
Evidence
The functional prototype has been tested with real equipment. The PolderNode, LoRaWAN path, and mature fleet dashboard work together. We publish no unsupported counts, adoption, or performance figures.
What this proves
Aligning embedded and software layers; designing event-driven data flows, device and asset models, operational dashboards, and alerts; and realising a vertical product slice end to end.
Limitations
Fleet Manager is a monitoring and alerting solution, not a navigation or safety-critical control system. Not every intended asset category has been field-tested separately. We do not claim a production rollout or customer adoption.
